URAPHEX is a company committed to sustainability, the circular economy and reducing the water footprint, created with the aim of offering a real and immediate alternative for transforming the current model of massive water consumption in industrial processes, thus contributing to the improvement of one of the main problems facing humanity today: Optimising water consumption and reducing the environmental impact of water.

According to statistics, industrial processes consume more than 20% of available fresh water every year, or about 800 km³. This intensive use is one of the greatest negative impacts on water resources, exacerbating water scarcity, especially in vulnerable regions where climate change is exacerbating the water crisis.

We specialise in the sustainable, cost-effective and chemical-free regeneration of water used in industrial processes, without chemicals that are harmful to the environment and human beings. This is achieved through the application of a circular solution, which offers an almost infinite capacity for reuse, based on our own patented technology and which is also applicable to numerous cross-cutting processes in all industries and sub-sectors (washing, sterilisation, refrigeration, etc.).

Our versatile, modular and scalable devices guarantee complete disinfection, preserving the properties of the water and reducing its use by up to 90%, completely eliminating the need to use chemical products, as well as providing a great capacity for water reuse, which gives the solution an unprecedented circularity in the industry.

In addition to the sale of hardware, URAPHEX complements the technology to provide a complete solution to the customer through a software layer, developed in-house and ad hoc, called URAPP, which offers real-time management and monitoring capacity of operational data, impact and savings, and which also has an API to integrate with any management system that the customer already has. In addition, and to provide a 360º solution, URAPHEX offers URCARE, which is a personalised predictive and corrective maintenance service so that the equipment always works optimally and efficiently.
