Matchmaking at Eastern Finland Energy Days 2026

Eastern Finland Energy Days is a two-day energy and technology event taking place 5–6 May 2026 in Pieksämäki, Finland. The event brings together decision-makers, energy and technology professionals, companies, students, and research and education organisations to explore the energy transition and growth opportunities. Register and book meetings with other participants! Pre-scheduled 15-minute meetings are perfect for making first impressions and new contacts!

The meetings are booked in advance by the participants, by sending and accepting meeting invitations in the matchmaking system. A real-time personal meeting agenda is visible in the matchmaking system, including the time and place for the accepted meeting invitations.

The 15-minute meetings can be booked to be held in the dedicated Matchmaking Area on the 2nd floor

• on 5 May 2026 between 12.15-13.15 and 15.45-17.00 and

• on 6 May 2026 between 12.20-13.35.

For the rest of the Eastern Finland Energy Days 2026, 1to1 meetings can be booked flexibly. No specific location is reserved for these meetings by the organizer -> please agree on the meeting location with your meeting partner when booking the meeting.
