Real-time sensing layer for the use and condition of urban green & blue spaces

Talaya Systems (Catalonia, Spain) is looking to join a consortium as technical partner under CUE Topic 2: Innovative maintenance of urban green and blue spaces.

What we bring
Distributed sensor networks that measure, in real time, how green and blue spaces are used and how they respond: visitor flows, use pressure and environmental condition. Data is delivered through decision-support dashboards designed for public authorities, so maintenance and management can be based on evidence instead of assumptions.

  A consortium in formation, ideally with a city or local authority whose green or blue spaces are under heavy use, and a research partner in urban ecology or social science. We can contribute the monitoring layer, pilot design and a Catalan test site.
