Seeking Partners for Digital Transformation & Social Innovation Projects

CoEER (Congress of European Emerging Regions) is a European organisation dedicated to fostering cooperation, innovation, and sustainable regional development across Europe. We are looking to build partnerships for Horizon Europe and other EU-funded programmes.

Our expertise focuses on three complementary areas:

• Digital Transformation: promoting digital skills, responsible and trustworthy AI, digital inclusion, and the adoption of innovative digital solutions.

• Social Innovation and Community Engagement: designing and implementing citizen engagement activities, living labs, participatory approaches, co-creation processes, and capacity-building initiatives.

• Research and Innovation Management: supporting project development and coordination, pilot implementation, stakeholder engagement, dissemination and communication, knowledge transfer, and impact creation.

Through our extensive European network of public authorities, universities, research organisations, SMEs, and civil society organisations, we contribute to building strong, multidisciplinary consortia capable of delivering innovative and impactful European projects. We are open to joining proposals as a consortium partner or supporting proposal development from the early stages.
