About
HINDA is looking for international partners to build a strong consortium for DUT Call 2026.
We aim to develop and demonstrate SIGNOM, our AI-based adaptive traffic signal control system, in different urban environments to improve traffic efficiency, support sustainable mobility, reduce congestion and emissions, and enhance road safety.
Our team has extensive experience in Intelligent Transport Systems (ITS), Sustainable Urban Mobility Planning (SUMP), AI, traffic modelling, GIS, software development, and smart city solutions. We have contributed to the Konya and Eskişehir Sustainable Urban Mobility Plans (SUMPs), the Türkiye National ITS Architecture, and several smart city projects.
We are particularly interested in collaborating with:

Municipalities willing to host pilot implementations.

Universities and research organisations working on AI, mobility, transport, and digital twins.

Technology companies developing smart city, IoT, sensing, or data analytics solutions.
We are primarily targeting the 15-Minute City – Align ambitions for mobility transitions across sectors topic and welcome partners interested in developing scalable solutions for climate-neutral and smarter cities.
