I am an Austrian-Argentinian architect, urban planner, and strategic advisor with a long-standing international track record in masterplanning inclusive, climate-resilient urban districts. Founder of BUSarchitektur and creator of URBAN MENUS, I specialise in PPP frameworks, leasehold planning, and digital participatory tools for future-proof urban development.
My work spans Europe, Latin America, and Asia, including award-winning projects such as Compact City Vienna, Campus WU Vienna, ITMO High Park (Russia), and Campus Lübeck (Germany). I have advised municipalities and innovation agencies on strategic land use, circular economy, and infrastructure regeneration, combining creativity with implementation pragmatism.
As Director of the URBAN MENUS Competence Centre, I lead immersive co-creation processes empowering multi-stakeholder governance. I am an URBACT Validated Lead Expert, keynote speaker at global forums (UN Habitat, IFoU, APA), and passionate about bridging Global North and South through scalable, bankable urban solutions.
