DUT 2025 Consortium – SSH Work Package & Impact Evaluation (MACH)

Léo-Paul Borges

EU Tenders Lead & Intervener-Researcher, MACH at MACH

Paris, France

About

MACH Consultants is assembling a DUT 2025 consortium. INSEEC Grande École (Paris) is our confirmed research partner.
We propose to lead the SSH Work Package and support proposal design and coordination. Our contribution covers: stakeholder mapping, field studies (interviews, surveys, workshops), citizen engagement, socio-economic & hidden-cost impact evaluation, ethics/data, and dissemination.

Looking for

  • City authority / municipality to serve as pilot site and co-create actions with local services.

  • Optional: engineering/urban labs, utilities, or NGOs to strengthen implementation and replication.

  • We also welcome partners from two additional EU co-funding countries to meet transnational requirements.

What you get
A robust SSH backbone with measurable outcomes, smooth coordination between field experimentation and evaluation, and clear KPI frameworks.

If this aligns with your priorities, let’s schedule a short call to confirm scope and roles.
