About

Who We Are

Rosinak & Partner is an interdisciplinary consultancy based in Vienna, Austria, with decades of experience in transport and mobility planning, spatial planning, and regional development. Our work extends beyond these core areas to include environment and climate projects as well as process facilitation and moderation.

We are embedded in a strong network of national and international cooperation partners, which allows us to bring together a broad base of knowledge and expertise. This makes us an effective and reliable partner for tackling complex, interdisciplinary research and innovation challenges.

What We Offer

  • Expertise in transport and mobility: long-standing experience in multimodal mobility strategies, sustainable transport solutions, and innovative approaches such as Mobility Hubs.

  • Integrated planning perspective: combining spatial planning, urban development, and environmental considerations.

  • Applied research and innovation: involvement in projects that bridge the gap between academic research and practical implementation.

  • Facilitation and co-creation: proven skills in moderation, stakeholder engagement, and participatory processes that are essential for transdisciplinary research settings.

What Sets Us Apart

  • Interdisciplinary approach: we integrate transport planning, environmental expertise, and spatial development in a holistic way.

  • Hands-on implementation: our concepts are not only research-driven but also tested and applicable in real-world contexts.

  • Strong networks: our long-term cooperation with municipalities, research institutions, and international partners ensures both scientific rigor and practical relevance.

  • Experience in complex contexts: from regional strategies to neighbourhood-level interventions, we work across scales and adapt to diverse challenges.

Our Interest in the DUT 15-Minute City Call

We are highly interested in contributing to the 15-minute City Transition Pathway. We are convinced that our expertise in mobility and spatial planning, integrated planning, and participatory processes makes us a strong partner for projects aiming to advance climate-neutral, inclusive and resilient neighbourhoods.

We are open to building partnerships with research institutions, municipalities, NGOs, and other stakeholders to co-create innovative solutions for the 15-minute city.
