About
Thomas More University of Applied Sciences brings deep expertise in consumer and citizen participation to accelerate circular value chains. Our interdisciplinary team blends behavioural science, participatory design and advanced data analytics to pinpoint why and under which conditions people engage in take-back, repair, reuse and recycled-content purchasing. We run large-scale surveys, in-depth interviews, choice-modelling experiments and co-creation sprints that surface the motivations, barriers and social norms shaping circular behaviour. These insights feed evidence-based intervention design: from persuasive communication and UX cues to incentive structures that boost return rates and second-hand uptake. Complementary stakeholder-facilitation skills align brands, municipalities, social enterprises and NGOs around consumer-centric roadmaps, while our data specialists quantify impact and environmental gains.
