About

We provide comprehensive services covering business model development, scalability strategies, economic assessments, and ecosystem analysis. In past European projects such as Smarter Together and ASCEND, we demonstrated our expertise by co-creating innovative business models with partners and enabling the scalability of developed solutions. Our support extends to ecosystem and value chain mapping, as well as exploring social acceptance and user engagement aspects. Additionally, we facilitate co-creation workshops to ensure the active participation of all relevant public and private stakeholders.
