Logik Evolution is a specialist consultancy dedicated to supporting organisations in building inclusive, neurodiversity-informed workplaces. I partner with companies, HR leaders, and executive teams to strengthen inclusive hiring practices, improve retention, and create environments where neurodivergent employees can thrive.

Founded by an experienced educator and consultant with over 20 years of international experience in autism and ADHD, Logik Evolution combines evidence-based practice with lived experience as an autistic professional. I have created a neurodiverse friendly recruitment software (mobile app) program as well, called Voltti, and am actively searching for a CTO.
