Voltti Neurodiverse Friendly Recruitment Software Programme
Neurodiversity coach, consultant and trainer at Logik Evolution
MAASTRICHT, Netherlands
About
Voltti is a neurodiverse-friendly recruitment platform designed to address systemic barriers in traditional hiring processes. Despite growing awareness of neurodiversity, unemployment rates among neurodivergent individuals remain disproportionately high. In the United States, up to 85 percent of college-educated autistic adults experience unemployment or underemployment. In the United Kingdom, only 21.7 percent of autistic adults are in employment.
At the same time, research consistently shows that neurodivergent professionals bring valuable strengths to the workplace, including advanced pattern recognition, innovative problem-solving, sustained focus, and high levels of accuracy. Studies indicate that neurodiverse teams can be up to 30 percent more productive and make fewer errors than neurotypical teams. Employer interest is increasing, with job postings referencing neurodiversity tripling in recent years. However, many organisations still lack the tools and frameworks necessary to implement inclusive hiring effectively.
Voltti bridges this gap by redesigning recruitment through an accessibility and strengths-based lens.
The platform provides:
-
Accessible, clearly structured job applications that reduce ambiguity and cognitive overload
-
Alternative interview pathways that accommodate diverse communication styles
-
Employer guidance and training in neuro-inclusive recruitment practices
-
Candidate support through onboarding frameworks and accommodation planning
Voltti moves beyond awareness toward implementation. It supports organisations in building equitable hiring systems while enabling neurodivergent professionals to demonstrate their capabilities in environments designed to recognise their strengths.
By reshaping recruitment processes at their foundation, Voltti creates measurable pathways toward inclusion, retention, and workplace innovation.
