Partner in primary care to manage chronic care and prevention more efficiently
Co-founder Cerebro - Helping GPs manage chronic care and prevention at Cerebro
Ghent, Belgium
About
We started Cerebro in Belgium with the goal of making primary care more accessible for patients. To achieve this, we need to make primary care teams work more efficiently. This is something that has become increasingly urgent given an aging population, a growing number of chronically ill patients, and persistent shortages of healthcare staff. In Belgium, we observed that a significant amount of time is lost on the manual follow-up of chronic care and preventive campaigns. Cerebro supports GPs and nurses by optimizing these workflows and reducing administrative burden.
This is a global problem that we are solving. Therefore, we are looking for partners in primary care in European countries other than Belgium to explore collaboration opportunities or pilot projects.
