Reimbursed digital diabetes intervention seeking insurer pilots in Europe
Cofounder & CSO at Clear.bio

About
Clear.bio is a CE-marked digital intervention for people with Type 2 Diabetes, combining real-time CGM data, personalised nutrition insights, and remote dietitian support to improve glucose regulation and support sustainable behaviour change.
The intervention is reimbursed in Dutch primary care and shows strong real-world outcomes, including significant HbA1c reduction (~11 mmol/mol in 3 months), improved Time in Range, and high patient engagement.
As part of our European expansion, we are seeking collaborations with health insurers and payer organisations to explore pilot programs and long-term implementation. These pilots are designed to generate real-world evidence on clinical outcomes, patient engagement, and potential impact on medication use and long-term healthcare costs.
We are particularly interested in partners who are exploring value-based care models and are open to innovative approaches in diabetes management.
