I am an autistic psychologist with over 10 years of experience in autism research, working across clinical, academic, forensic, and educational settings. I am also the founder of Work'n'Diversity CIC (WND), a company focused on empowering autistic adults in the workplace and promoting neurodiverse inclusion. Currently, I’m completing my PhD, which examines the mental health and quality of life of autistic adults. My personal and professional experiences drive my passion for creating inclusive environments where neurodiverse individuals can thrive.
