We offer opportunities for scientific exchange and mutual learning based on the DiLoB project.
Rather than just introducing digital tools, DiLoB accompanies transformation processes through hands-on, structured support, helping health care professionals and teams reflect, adapt, and implement digitalization in a way that fits their context and patient population.
The DiLoB project is a person-oriented, real-world intervention supporting digital transformation in German primary care. DiLoB was developed in response to to the needs of patients and health care professionals – ensuring acceptance of digital tools on both sides.
Our interdisciplinary team brings expertise in:

Supporting digital transformation through an interdisciplinary team with experience in healthcare and digital innovation

digitalization and hands-on healthcare experience as agents of change

Digital needs assessment using maturity models to develop support tools

Providing individualized coaching, concept development, training, coordination with IT providers

technical + socio-medical evaluation of the intervention
We combine empirical health services research with methods from medical anthropology, social epidemiology, and implementation science to understand transformation processes in context.
We welcome collaboration in:

co-design of digital solutions that respond to real-world needs of providers and patients,

methodological exchange,

and joint publications in the field of person-centered digital care.
