About

Background

Precision medicine solutions are designed to address the unique needs of patients with unmet medical needs. The application of genomic and transcriptomic data identify individual variation and new stratification in patient based on HLAs and molecular signatures to improve clinical efficacy. Cancer is a heterogeneity disease where the individual is considered as a complete environment.

Overview

Our project aims to bridge the gap between computational immunology (AI model) and clinical translation by developing a bioinformatic platform that can be used in the real clinical setting. The platform identify and validate neoepitopes that are used for the manufacturing of a precised and standardized medicine, that can be used and tested in clinical trials.

This project collaboration calls for clinics, hospitals and associations that are interested to enhance the quality of patient care by target therapies generating personalized and stratified patient treatments. We are currently entering non-clinical validation and Phase I planning, and are seeking collaborators for:

  • Access to patient-derived tumor-normal samples (WES/RNA-seq or tissue)

  • Support in early-phase trial setup (patient cohort)

What do we offer?

We offer full support on protocol application, co-authorship opportunities, access to novel vaccine candidates for investigator-led trials.

If your lab, hospital or organization works with disease mouse models and/or cancer patient cohorts, we’d love to explore a potential collaboration.
