Overview

Lack of target medicine usually lead with the necessity of more aggressive treatments, long time for recovering. To combat this challenge, we aim to find paths and solutions to target the main illness progression for each patient to help in the therapy selection in a more personalized view.

Platform description

At Immuneo Therapeutics we are developing a technology platform to the clinical community as a source for bioinformatics analysis to help in analytics labs and medicine. It helps drug target discovery, panel development and stratified therapy prediction using 3 main modules:

• Adjuvant early stage diagnostics: We carries out personalized analyses with individual functions on the basis of this individual patient omics-data. We offer individual genome sequencing data analysis and cell-cell communication exploration, tumor specific driver genes and identifying signaling pathways and related target proteins.

• Clinical decision support: We provide report of bioinformatics analysis of molecular biology data. This report matches the patient's disease and molecular and tumor data.

• Mono-/Combi-BITAP Immunotherapy: Immunization with peptides is the safest cancer treatment. We provide report with a list of CD8-CD4 epitopes combined in a multi-epitope pool. They are predicted to most-likely induce T-cells that attack the patient’s tumor cells.

We are now actively seeking collaborations for platform validation and optimization with external data. We can apply as a service for clinics and pipeline support. We can co-develop of tailored solutions for specific indications.
