Vuola Tech is the innovation division of Vuola Consulting, S.L., a Spanish SME (PIC 862917918) that works as the technology partner inside European consortia. WHAT WE DO Between a working prototype and a product in daily use lies a stretch that project timelines rarely protect: validation with real users, an honest technology-readiness assessment and a realistic exploitation route. That stretch is our remit, and we take it on from the first line of the proposal. We contribute in three integrated roles: \- AI & innovation technical partner, applied research and development of intelligent components, with our own legal entity, registered PIC and budget line. \- Product strategy & discovery, market analysis, benchmarking and solution design validated directly with end users. \- Exploitation, TRL & governance, requirements definition, consortium governance and an evidence-based route to market. TRACK RECORD \- smartCARE (EU4Health): 41 organisations, EUR 2M EU funding managed. We captured the needs of 1,100+ patients in 18 languages and led platform adoption with 92 patients and 16 professionals across four countries, reaching 88-100% task success rates in validation. \- RIVER (Horizon Europe / RFCS, Clean Steel Partnership): we designed the industrial AI framework (Dual-Track Agile) adopted by an 11-organisation European consortium for the steel industry. Presented at ESTEP 2026. \- Corporate innovation (AB InBev): 600+ intrapreneurs trained and four high-impact digital products scaled in multinational environments. Senior profiles engage directly: Alan Menk (PhD in Applied AI, product leadership and coordination of technical work packages in Horizon Europe and EU4Health) and Rebeca Delconte (data architecture and enterprise systems integration, 10+ years in complex production environments). WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR AT THIS EVENT Consortia in preparation under Digital Europe that need a technical partner to lead development, applied AI or product-management work packages, and industry partners or public bodies with a use case that needs scaling from prototype to validated product. We work alongside R&D&I consultancies and coordinators, contributing technical rigour without overlapping their role. At the proposal stage, we deliver a defined technical role, agreed KPIs, realistic effort estimates, review-ready technical writing, and an impact plan grounded in market criteria. At final review, we deliver working, integrated software, field validation results, evidence-based TRL, and auditable deliverables, with no extra work for the coordinator.
