The Foundation for Development of Small and Medium Enterprises – Skopje (RECS Skopje) is a CSO, non-profit foundation established in 1998 as the Regional Enterprise Support Centre. We operate as one of the official implementing partners of the national INOVA Agency of the Republic of North Macedonia (formerly APPRM) and deliver a full portfolio of national SME support programs (voucher counselling, Info Pult, mentoring services, self-employment grants) to thousands of micro, small and medium enterprises and entrepreneurs across all sectors of North Macedonia. Our core expertise is practical mentoring, capacity building and ecosystem coordination: we develop business ideas into viable companies, deliver tailored training on innovative practices and digitalization, connect SMEs with financial instruments and EU opportunities, and work daily with SMEs, universities, national agencies (INOVA, Employment Service Agency, Chamber of Crafts), experts, European Digital Innovation Hubs (EDIHs) and the entire innovation ecosystem. With proven track record in Erasmus+, IPA CBC and Interreg projects, we act as a trusted national multiplier that ensures wide outreach, high absorption and sustainable impact for any Digital Europe initiative.
