My organisation

SkillTransmission B.V. (formerly TheServiceConcept.com) is a Dutch innovation company specializing in immersive XR (VR/AR/MR) training environments and biometric learning analytics for vocational and technical education, industry, and safety training. We design and develop interactive VR simulations, AR remote-assist tools, and AI-driven learning dashboards that capture real expert knowledge and translate it into measurable, data-informed learning experiences. Our tools improve both skill acquisition and safety awareness, supporting learners and professionals in high-risk or high-tech environments. Our flagship products include: VRtoolbox – a modular VR training environment for safety, installation, and technical skills. Virtuele Leermeester – an AR-based digital mentor for hands-on remote guidance and support. VR Biometric Learning – integration of biometric sensors (EEG, ECG, EMG, HRV, eye-tracking) to measure focus, stress, and engagement. We are an active partner in several European innovation projects, including AI Skills Academy – Beyond 2030 and Sunbiose (Agri-PV), focusing on integrating immersive learning, data analytics, and sustainability into the next generation of education and workforce development. SkillTransmission collaborates with educational institutions, research organizations, and industry partners across Europe to create scalable, multilingual, and data-driven training ecosystems. Our mission is simple: To transform learning through technology, connecting human expertise with immersive and intelligent training tools.

About me

I am the founder of SkillTransmission, a Dutch innovation partner working at the intersection of workforce development, immersive technologies and human performance measurement.

Our work focuses on one key challenge in the green and circular transition: new technologies are developed faster than the workforce can safely adopt them. We help bridge that gap by designing and validating training approaches that prepare technicians, installers and operators for new circular and energy systems.

We work with XR training, real-world pilots and biometric measurement of cognitive load, stress and focus to understand how people perform when learning and working in complex environments. This allows projects to demonstrate not only that a technology works, but that it can be adopted safely and at scale.

Within ECIV we are looking to join interregional projects where workforce readiness, training, validation or behavioural adoption are needed to bring circular innovations closer to market.
