The company is 100% owned by Széchenyi István University and operates as an active member of the ZalaZONE innovation ecosystem. It supports the development and implementation of innovation projects by connecting business, academic and research actors and by providing business-oriented, organisational and project management expertise.

The company is particularly interested in projects related to smart and sustainable mobility, connected and automated vehicles, electromobility, vehicle technologies, digitalisation, artificial intelligence, data-driven solutions, advanced manufacturing and other innovative industrial solutions. Within these thematic areas, ZalaZONE Science Park primarily contributes from a business, economic, organisational and project implementation perspective rather than as an engineering or technical R&D provider.

Through its close relationship with Széchenyi István University and its position within the ZalaZONE innovation ecosystem, the company operates in an environment with access to significant academic, research, engineering and innovation capacities. Where relevant, these additional capabilities and research infrastructure can be involved through cooperation with Széchenyi István University and other ecosystem partners, depending on the structure and needs of the project.
