In our latest project, for a €6M injection molding manufacturer, we first assessed the whole company, from sales and marketing to finance and production, and calculated the ROI of every area. Then we built the highest-return modules one by one: AI-driven quoting, AI order intake, forecast-driven warehousing and AI production scheduling. Quotes that used to take 2–3 weeks now take 2–3 hours. Recording an order went from 1–2 days to a few minutes of review. Machine utilization for the same workload dropped from about 80% to 60–65%, and that freed-up capacity is now winning new customers.
