Bounded System Technology Ltd develops NEST, a deterministic pre-consequence control architecture for complex digital, AI, industrial, infrastructure and physical systems.

NEST addresses a system-level problem: individual inputs, components and proposed actions may each appear valid, while their combination can still produce an inadmissible consequence. Before execution reaches the protected consequence surface, NEST evaluates the available system state, including timing, history, dependencies, authority, uncertainty and relevant operational or physical constraints.

It then selects the minimum justified intervention—PRESERVE, HOLD, REPAIR, REROUTE, ISOLATE or DENY—and produces deterministic, replayable evidence of the decision and observed consequence.

The architecture has been implemented and experimentally tested across software-runtime control, AI and autonomous-action control, telecommunications and workflows, infrastructure and energy scenarios, signal reconstruction, and bounded aerospace-related tests. These results demonstrate recurring control behaviour across materially different environments; they do not constitute universal or industry-wide certification.

Bounded System Technology is seeking industrial challenge environments in which NEST can be evaluated against real or independently defined conditions using pre-agreed success and falsification criteria. Initial evaluations can be performed through replay, shadow-mode testing or a narrowly bounded pilot without replacing the existing technology stack.
