Target clients include companies pursuing first contracts or those requiring administrative support for existing agreements.

Services span the complete contract lifecycle - from initial market exploration, risk assessment, and financial analysis through partnership background checks, contract execution and administration, regulatory navigation, cross-border payment management, logistics coordination, collections, and fund repatriation.

Particular focus on mitigating common export challenges: currency fluctuation, payment delays, documentation compliance, and business practice differences.

Experience in the Defense area includes transactions from USA to Brazil and Argentina, for the delivery of airplanes and helicopters, with special mission systems and protected technical assistance (IP), for border patrol, rescue, and special event protection (Brazil World Cup/Olympics). NOT involved in with the supply of arms or munitions.
