Registration format
DeepTech Ventures is a free and by invitation-only event, designed to ensure a highly curated and impactful experience for all participants.
Attendance is limited to 300 selected guests, bringing together a balanced mix of international and local stakeholders across the deep tech ecosystem.

How do you secure your spot ?
Either you will receive a personal invitation from the DTV team or one of its sponsors, or you can click this link to request an invitation. Please note that the DeepTech Ventures team reserves the right to accept or decline your request based on the suitability of your profile.
No-show fee
To preserve the quality of interactions and respect the waiting list, a €500 no-show fee will apply to confirmed participants who do not attend without prior cancellation at least seven (7) days before the event date.
Any cancellation request must be submitted by email to incubation@technoport.lu. Any exception due to a justified reason (e.g. force majeure) will be assessed at the sole discretion of the organizers.
An invoice will be sent to you after the Summit.
Right of publicity
By participating in the event, you consent to the capture and use of photographs and video recordings in which you may appear, for communication and promotional purposes by the organizers, across all media (including websites, social media, and marketing materials).
You may withdraw your consent at any time by contacting us at incubation@technoport.lu. Upon request, we will make reasonable efforts to remove or anonymize any content in which you appear.
