A description of me would be a dedicated entrepreneurial mechanical engineer with a sharp aim to constantly improving and challenging the surrondings.

I am goal orientated and always taking great responsibility of everything I am involved in, professionally as well as private.

As CEOI have great knowledge in starting up and running a companies in day to day operations and have therefore a good understanding for several different fields such as Sales, Engineering, Procurement and Aftermarket.
Clear goals and a passionate involvement of staff are key factors for success.

As a Project Manager I adapt easily to different situations and environments and find it easy to talk and motivate people at all levels inside and outside the company. I strongly believe the necessity of understanding different peoples situations by understanding their view of things and distributing the big picture for all involved team members.

Specialties: Skilled in terms of project management, sales, technical understanding and cross-functional global work.

I want to stress that I am achievement-oriented, my people management skills are excellent and I am comfortable with remote management and virtual leadership. Furthermore I have good negotiation skills and a strong can-do attitude.
