About
Pogon – Zagreb Center for Independent Culture and Youth is a hybrid institution that combines public and civil society resources to support contemporary cultural and artistic production. We run a cultural centre in a former factory, along with a small public garden on the embankment of the Sava in Zagreb. With over 15 years of experience in transnational cultural cooperation, Pogon has participated in numerous EU-funded projects. We are committed to experimentation, sustainability, and socially engaged art practices, and are ready to contribute our interdisciplinary knowledge, networks, and operational capacities, as well as share our unique model of governance.
