CR.EU.IN. HERITAGE Matchmaking Event 2026

Participation in the CR.EU.IN. HERITAGE Matchmaking Event 2026 is free of charge.

Once registered, participants will be able to book their own meeting slots directly through the platform, according to their availability and the availability of other participants.

The meetings will be held fully online from 22 to 25 June 2026, between 09:00 and 19:00 CET. Participants will be able to schedule their own meetings during this period, subject to mutual availability. Each meeting slot is scheduled for 20 minutes.

Upon registering, participants should follow the following profile validation guidelines:

Your profile is validated when:

• it is written in English

• it has at least 1 Marketplace Opportunity with Enabled Visibility

• it has a clear and complete Organization description.

BOOKING RULES

Please note that, at this stage, Step 1 selected SMEs can request meetings only with participants registered as “Other SMEs” or “Other Organisations / Non-SMEs”.

To find these participants:

1. Go to the Participants tab.

2. Open the participant type drop-down list.

3. Select “Other SMEs” and/or “Other Organisations / Non-SMEs”.

4. The relevant participants will appear, and the meeting request option should be active.

If a Step 1 selected SME no longer wishes to submit its own Step 2 proposal and instead wants to join another proposal as a partner, it should change its participant type in its profile to “Other SME”.

Similarly, SMEs that were not selected in Step 1 should also select “Other SME” if they wish to join a Step 2 proposal as partners.
