iMach Slovakia s.r.o.

iMach Slovakia s.r.o. is the sales and production arm of ROXA Group in Malinovo near Bratislava. The group operates in Austria (ROXA systems gmbh, engineering office in Graz), Slovakia and Germany (PAULI & RAAB GmbH, Grainet). It designs, builds and deploys custom automation solutions.

The solutions cover machining, automotive/mobility, aviation, logistics and life science. They include:

• automated loading and unloading of machine tools, as retrofits or new concepts;

• material and product handling manipulators with a capacity of roughly 250 to 500 kg;

• specialized workstations, such as an aircraft wheel workshop automation.

The group follows the "Reduced to the Max" philosophy: lightweight, compact and flexible designs instead of oversized machines. Automation scales from full robotics to "semi-robotic" solutions.

CNC Milling Center is a modular solution for small and mid-sized companies for which robots and cobots have been too expensive or too complex to program:

• The base configuration has one 3-axis robotic arm that tends up to 4 CNC machines.

• A zero-clamping system takes a pallet from a rack, loads it into a machine and removes the finished part. It then passes the part to a measuring machine, a washer or a rack.

• The operator only prepares clamped blanks on pallets and unloads finished parts.

• It is controlled from a custom object-oriented panel using drag-and-drop, with no programming. The user only defines where a blank is picked up, which machine it is loaded into and where the finished part is placed.

• It costs under €80,000. It suits companies from 4 employees, for small to large batch sizes.

• ROXA also supplies the CNC machines themselves, or automates the machines a customer already owns.

• ERP integration, starting with Odoo, and AI-based optimization of the machine service sequence are in development.

ROXA is also launching products for tire service shops: the Wheely wheel manipulator and the Bolty multi-socket power screwdriver. They are sold directly under the ROXA brand, in the first phase in DE, AT, SK and CZ.
