Consumer Summit 2026 - Stronger consumers in changing markets

The Consumer Summit 2026 will take place on 19 November in Dublin, Ireland.

The event is organised by the European Commission, in cooperation with the Irish Presidency of the Council of the EU. It takes place exactly one year after the adoption of the 2030 Consumer Agenda. 

The Consumer Summit will be dedicated to “stronger consumers in changing markets”, and we will discuss a variety of topics impacting consumers, including AI, digital fairness, consumers’ contribution to a competitive and circular economy, platform decay and consumers’ agency, e-commerce from third countries, effective enforcement of consumer law, and financial consumer protection and fraud prevention.
