• Integrated a custom package re-routing software built for e-commerce clients with >10 different base software systems (e.g., Adobe Magento, Shopify)

• Developed multiple LLMs optimized for local (i.e. company-specific) context performance, to reduce consumption token costs by >70%

• Automatized post-sales campaign report generation by programming a bot which generates proof-of-campaign reports, saving 2hrs+ per report for hundreds of reports per year
