At Regma d.o.o., we specialise in plastic extrusion and extrusion tool design and manufacturing.

We produce custom, complex-shaped plastic profiles from single or dual materials—for example, a grey profile with a transparent window. Our products are used in LED lighting, high-current electrical wiring, protection systems, sound reduction, and many other applications.

What sets us apart is our ability to work with lower initial quantities, enabling smaller clients to iterate through several prototypes before committing to full-scale production.

We offer complete production process development—from initial sketches to post-processing. After development, clients can either manufacture at their own facility or leave the manufacturing to us.

Our services are supported by custom-built machinery, including an in-house laser cutting system capable of cutting profiles at arbitrary angles—not limited to standard 90° cuts—ensuring high precision and flexibility in the final product.
