We design and manufacture custom profiles for LED strip applications, including cover and guide profiles that ensure optimal protection, alignment, and aesthetic integration. Using co-extrusion technology, we produce multi-material profiles—such as combining structural and transparent or diffusive elements in a single product—for enhanced functionality and design flexibility.

To further improve lighting performance, we can incorporate diffusion patterns directly into the profile, enabling more uniform light distribution and reducing visible hotspots.

From initial concept and prototyping to full-scale production, we support every stage of development. Clients can either transfer the process to their own manufacturing or rely on us for ongoing production.
