Daniel Thompson-Yvetot
A recognised authority in EU digital regulation, open-source software, and compliance architecture, with a focus on harmonised standards. Serves as Special Rapporteur for the Cyber Resilience Act at ETSI and was named Malta's 2025 Cybersecurity Leader of the Year. Daniel is the author of the influential books Manufacturing European Software and Modular Compliance.
Peter Nagle
Peter is a senior executive with extensive experience in regulated financial services, corporate services, fiduciary operations, and international growth strategy. He previously held C-suite positions at J.P. Morgan, Standard Chartered, Sanne, Equiom, and Harneys, where he was responsible for scaling regulated businesses across more than 20 jurisdictions.
Tamara Nicodeme
Tamara brings over 20 years of international executive experience across the United Nations and international organisations in Europe, the Middle East, Africa, and the Pacific. She specialises in governance, strategy, partnerships, and cross-border coordination, translating complex priorities into structured delivery at scale.
Joe Tanti
A senior leader with extensive experience in business development, EU funding, entrepreneurship, and leadership mentoring. Joe has a strong track record of success in high-impact, EU-funded initiatives. He is the former CEO of the Malta Business Bureau and a founding director of both FPEI and ZAAR.
Molly Butler
Following regulation, tracking policy progress, hands-on at our events communicating and networking with compliance stakeholders.
Molly combines her European Legal studies with social media and our newsletter communication ensuring accurate distribution of information to our growing number of followers.
Mikko Puhakka
Mikko is a senior technology investor and advisor with over 30 years of experience in venture capital, international growth and early-stage company development. His expertise spans open source, AI, blockchain, big data, and cybersecurity, with a strong track record in cross-border deals and innovation strategy. He is known for his early investments in MySQL and for advising technology companies, accelerators and venture firms across Asia and Europe.
Fukami
A specialist with expertise in information security, EU product legislation, and European standardisation. Active in EU policy engagement from Brussels, serving as an ETSI Rapporteur and Co-Chair of the FIRST AI Security SIG. Previously a member of the European Commission CRA Expert Group.
Rob Jones
Rob is an experienced product builder and project leader with over 40 years in software product development, digital services, and international market delivery. His expertise spans multiple sectors, with significant, longstanding exposure to regulatory frameworks, standards, and compliance implementation.
Warren Camilleri
Warren brings over 20 years of experience across cloud infrastructure, technical operations, cybersecurity, and open-source advocacy. As founder of the Open Source Society Malta, he spearheads community-driven innovation and open standards, and also serves as an ambassador to Software Heritage.
Aidan Mayne
Aidan is a finance professional with experience in financial modelling, valuation, and accounting and advisory services. He previously worked at KPMG, where he supported clients across the energy and natural resources sector. Aidan holds a Master of Finance from Bayes Business School, a Bachelor of Commerce, and a Graduate Diploma in Accounting from Queen’s University.
