ELKAK

We fund research and development of cutting-edge solutions for the country's national security agencies: the Armed Forces, Security Corps and Civil Protection.

Companies, university and military academy research teams find in ELKAK an active ally: for funding, training, networking and investment. Whatever is produced in laboratories and companies across the nation, we turn into solutions with operational and economic value, driving the Greek ecosystem’s growth.

We operate with a startup mindset - agile, results-oriented - yet are publicly mandated. We are the national representative to the NATO Innovation Fund and NATO DIANA, the link between Greek innovation and NATO's international initiatives for dual-use technologies. We are also the National Focal Point (NFP) for the European Defence Fund (EDF).
