About
A ligand-protein target based drug repurposing platform, using ML and advanced molecular modelling approaches on multi-source data, covering molecular representations of the entire human proteome as well as and all authorized pharmaceutical substances along with clinical studies and patents connected to them.
Currently at TRL 4, we are interested in joining collaborative research and innovation consortia involving partners from complementary and broader interdisciplinary fields, where CLOUDSCREEN can both contribute to shared objectives and be further advanced through new research and development activities.
Drug repositioning is identified as a recommended activity in HORIZON-MISS-2027-02-CANCER-03. In this context, CLOUDPHARM’s ligand–target interaction modelling could support the identification and prioritisation of existing drugs with potential activity against molecularly defined rare cancers, particularly those driven by specific protein defects.
We welcome discussions with potential partners interested in building interdisciplinary projects around shared scientific, technological and societal challenges.
