About
We offer multidisciplinary expertise in translational cancer research, molecular pharmacology, biochemistry and innovative therapeutic development. Our research combines investigation of disease-associated molecular targets with the development of potential diagnostic and therapeutic approaches.
A key research area is PRPS-1 and its potential role as a therapeutic target in glioma. Our work investigates molecular mechanisms associated with cellular proliferation and cancer development, providing a basis for further target validation and therapeutic research. We also have experience in glioblastoma diagnostics, including a patented diagnostic approach.
Our laboratory has substantial experience in drug-delivery technologies and nanomedicine, including albumin-based, tannin-albumin and PEGylated albumin carriers. These platforms have been investigated for the delivery of therapeutic compounds and can provide a foundation for developing more effective and targeted treatment strategies.
We additionally contribute expertise in bioactive compounds, oxidative stress, purine metabolism, enzymatic targets and pharmacological evaluation of candidate therapeutic approaches.
What we are looking for
We seek collaborations with academic institutions, cancer research centers, hospitals, biotechnology companies and pharmaceutical/diagnostic SMEs interested in developing collaborative Horizon Europe projects.

We are particularly interested in joining multidisciplinary consortia where our biochemical, pharmacological, molecular and drug-delivery expertise can complement clinical, genomic, computational or industrial capabilities.
