Tiltera, a continuity platform for mental health care, available for co-development and piloting in non-communicable disease and youth mental health projects

About
Double Helix Technologies is developing Tiltera, a continuity platform for mental health clinics and psychotherapy professionals, and offers it to a consortium as the digital intervention component of a project on non-communicable diseases, including mental health in children and young people.
Tiltera is a shared working environment for the client, the therapist and the clinic. Intake, therapy goals, session notes, homework, materials, self-assessments and progress sit in one workflow, so therapists spend less time on administration and clients stay on track between sessions. Before therapy starts it structures intake and the initial assessment and helps match the client with a suitable therapist. Between sessions, clients receive homework, materials and reminders, complete short self-assessments and see their own progress. Tiltera supports the therapist's work and does not replace clinical decision-making.
The platform is in development and we are deliberately building it with practitioners rather than for them. For a Horizon Europe project this means the consortium does not start from zero: the platform can be adapted to the intervention under study, deployed at the clinical sites, instrumented for data collection and connected to the sites' existing systems, while the clinical and research partners own the intervention design and the evaluation. We bring the engineering team, the platform and the experience of running software in regulated healthcare settings, and we operate a quality and information security management system aligned with ISO 9001 and ISO 27001.
We are a Riga-based company of 20 senior engineers; Latvia is a Horizon Europe Widening country. We are looking for clinical partners, universities and coordinators preparing proposals under DISEASE-01 (innovative healthcare interventions for non-communicable diseases), DISEASE-10 (prevention and management of chronic non-communicable diseases in children and young people) and STAYHLTH-01.
