Cognitive and Motor Neurorehabilitation using XR
Professor at UCLouvain at University of Louvain
Louvain-la-Neuve, Belgium
About
My research is in neuropsychology / cognitive neuroscience. I have 25 years experience in research involving measures of cognition and action using the latest technologies. I have extensive collaboration experience with engineers (developers of XR, developers of rehabilitation robots) and clinicians (neurologists, physical medicine, neurosurgery).
Currently, I am co-chair of COST-Action CA24123 (https://neuroxrehab.com/).
For Horizon Europe, I am interested by the themes Dest 3: HORIZON-HLTH-2027-02-DISEASE-01: Innovative healthcare interventions for non-communicable diseases; and Dest 5: HORIZON-HLTH-2027-02-TOOL-01: Development of predictive biomarkers of disease progression and treatment response by using AI methodologies for chronic non-communicable diseases. I would also be open to other similar opportunities.
