About
Ingrain Partners is a France-based SME specialising in strategic communication and commercialisation support for technology-driven and research-led ventures.
We are interested in joining Horizon Europe Health 2027 consortia as a project partner, contributing to clearly defined activities in research exploitation, commercialisation, stakeholder engagement and strategic communication.
Our potential contributions include:
• Exploitation and research-to-market: Supporting the identification and positioning of exploitable research results, developing exploitation narratives and communicating potential applications and pathways towards market uptake.
• Commercialisation and industry engagement: Translating complex technologies into clear value propositions for potential users, industry partners and other stakeholders, supporting commercial positioning and partnership development.
• Stakeholder engagement: Identifying relevant stakeholder groups, developing targeted engagement approaches and facilitating communication between research teams, industry representatives and innovation ecosystems.
• Strategic communication and dissemination: Developing communication approaches that connect research outcomes with stakeholder needs, strengthen the visibility of project results and support their wider uptake.
• Consortium communication and alignment: Helping multidisciplinary partners communicate project objectives, expected impact and exploitation priorities consistently.
Our experience includes working with research-led and technology-driven ventures, mentoring within the European Innovation Council ecosystem and preparing exploitation and communication components of an EIC Pathfinder proposal.
Relevant Horizon Europe Health 2027 topics:
• HORIZON-HLTH-2027-03-TOOL-08 (Frontier AI models for healthcare, CSA): Community building and stakeholder engagement across healthcare professionals, patients, researchers and AI developers; communication supporting the collaborative roadmap.
• HORIZON-HLTH-2027-02-IND-02-two-stage (Point-of-care diagnostics, IA): Value proposition development and positioning for adoption by clinicians, healthcare systems and industry partners; exploitation planning and market-uptake communication.
• HORIZON-HLTH-2027-01-CARE-02 (Adverse drug reactions / polypharmacy, RIA): Stakeholder engagement and communication supporting implementation of research results in clinical practice; exploitation planning.
We welcome discussions with prospective coordinators and consortium partners seeking complementary expertise in exploitation, commercialisation, stakeholder engagement and strategic communication, with a view to joining as a beneficiary with a clearly defined scope of work.
