About
Nexuswelt Group, operating through Germany and Cyprus, is seeking to join Horizon Europe Cluster 1 Health 2027 consortia as an active implementation, exploitation and impact partner.
Our proposed contributions include:
-
Stakeholder engagement involving healthcare professionals, patients, industry and relevant organisations.

Human-centred technology acceptance and user engagement for digital health and medical innovations.
-
Exploitation strategies, business-case development and pathways to market and healthcare adoption.
-
Communication, dissemination, training and capacity building.
-
Impact assessment, KPI frameworks and sustainability planning.
We are looking to collaborate with universities, research institutes, hospitals, healthcare providers, medtech and digital health companies preparing collaborative Horizon Europe Health proposals.
Our objective is to take responsibility for clearly defined project activities that help translate research and technological innovation into practical, measurable benefits for healthcare systems and end users.
We are particularly interested in consortia where stakeholder engagement, real-world adoption, exploitation and implementation are integral to the project’s expected impact.
