Communication, Dissemination & Exploitation (CDE) partner for Health Cluster 2027 proposals – LOBA (Portugal)

WHO WE ARE

LOBA is a Portuguese digital agency with in-house teams for European projects, web and digital platforms, branding, e-commerce and CRM (Salesforce, Zoho). Our EU projects team works on Horizon Europe as coordinator (Engage2innovate) and as partner in research and innovation consortia, combining project know-how with the production capacity of a full digital agency.

WHAT WE OFFER

We are looking to join consortia as the partner leading Communication, Dissemination and Exploitation (CDE):

• CDE strategy and plan, KPIs and reporting aligned with Horizon Europe requirements

• Project visual identity, website, social media and video production

• Stakeholder engagement and co-creation activities: patients and patient associations, health professionals, policy makers and citizens

• Dissemination of scientific results to non-specialist audiences and policy briefs

• Exploitation planning: key exploitable results, business models, IPR mapping and uptake roadmaps

• Digital tools and platforms (web apps, community platforms, dashboards, CRM)

• Event organisation (workshops, webinars, final conferences)

We can contribute to any topic where impact, societal uptake and outreach matter, in particular: STAYHLTH-01, ENVHLTH-02, ENVHLTH-MISSCLIMA-03, DISEASE-01, DISEASE-10, CARE-02, TOOL-04, TOOL-08 and IND-02.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

Coordinators and consortia building proposals for the 2027 Health Cluster calls who need a reliable CDE / communication partner. We are happy to discuss our role, budget and work package contribution early in the proposal preparation.
