Exploitation and market-uptake partner for Cluster 1 Health 2027: digital health, AI, diagnostics and global-health (GACD) topics

JCP Marketing et Communication AG (Schindellegi, Switzerland; founded 1986) offers to lead or contribute to the communication, dissemination and exploitation (CDE) and market-uptake work of a Cluster 1 Health 2027 proposal. Switzerland is associated to Horizon Europe, so JCP takes part as a funded beneficiary.

What we bring to the consortium:

• route to market and adoption: mapping of health-system buyers, users, procurement and reimbursement routes, together with the clinical and health-economics partners;

• identification and characterisation of key exploitable results, exploitation strategy and business plans with the result owners;

• stakeholder engagement with patient organisations, professional bodies, payers and industry, and clustering with related projects;

• uptake and scale-up plans that continue after the project, including the Swiss and DACH markets;

• for global-health topics (GACD, point-of-care diagnostics): identification, screening and onboarding of partners in Africa and India;

• contribution to the impact section at proposal stage.

Relevant experience: health-technology deployment and market entry in India; living-lab partners secured in Kenya and Ghana for an EU-funded food-systems proposal; business development across Europe for an engineering company since 2006; research communication for a Swiss National Centre of Competence in Research; commercialisation of a university spin-off.
