Computational Partner for EU Consortia in Mechanistic Modeling, Multi-Omics and Biomedical AI
Group Leader at Fondazione The Microsoft Research -University of Trento Centre for Computational and Systems Biology
Rovereto, Italy
About
COSBI is available as a scientific partner or specialist subcontractor in European and international R&D consortia. We can lead or contribute to work packages involving Quantitative Systems Pharmacology, PBPK modeling, virtual population generation, in silico clinical trial simulations, biomedical knowledge extraction, multi-omics integration, target identification, biomarker signatures and network-based drug repurposing. Our preferred projects have a clear therapeutic or translational question, identifiable data sources, experimental or clinical validation partners and a defined pathway from analysis to decision. Priority areas include Parkinson disease and alpha-synucleinopathies, lysosomal storage and other rare disorders, mRNA/RNA therapeutics, antibiotics and antimicrobial resistance. We are open to joining consortia as a research partner or to delivering a focused computational work package as a subcontractor.
