AI Partner for Virtual Human Twins and Clinical Decision Support Systems (HORIZON-HLTH-2027-03-TOOL-04)

Mosaic Factor is seeking collaboration opportunities within Horizon Europe projects addressing HORIZON-HLTH-2027-03-TOOL-04: Virtual Human Twins (VHTs) for integrated clinical decision support in prevention and diagnosis.

We aim to participate as a technical partner providing AI, machine learning and digital twin expertise to support the development of clinically relevant, scalable and trustworthy Virtual Human Twin solutions.

Our relevant expertise includes:

• AI-driven digital twin architectures.

• Predictive modelling and patient-specific risk assessment.

• Integration of heterogeneous healthcare data sources, including EHRs, imaging, omics and wearable data.

• Multimodal machine learning and data fusion.

• Longitudinal patient modelling and simulation.

• Explainable AI for clinician-facing decision support.

• Uncertainty estimation, robustness assessment and trustworthy AI.

• Data platforms and scalable infrastructures for VHT deployment.

• Clinical decision support integration and workflow optimisation.
