About

Keralty is an international integrated health group with over 6.9 million patients and 24,450 professionals across Colombia, Peru, Mexico, and the United States. Our organisation combines healthcare delivery, diagnostics, digital health, and research, with extensive experience participating in H2020 and Horizon Europe collaborative frameworks.

Keralty is well positioned to contribute to HORIZON-HLTH-2027-02-TOOL-01-two-stage, supporting the development and clinical validation of multimodal predictive biomarkers for chronic non-communicable diseases (excluding cancer) using advanced AI methodologies. Our key capabilities include:

  • Diverse Clinical Cohorts & RWD Integration: Access to high-quality, longitudinal patient datasets and Real-World Data (RWD) across diverse populations, enabling precise stratification by biological sex, sociodemographic factors, and disease trajectories.

  • Advanced Diagnostics & BioKeralty Infrastructure: A network of over 70 laboratories equipped with cutting-edge genomics, molecular diagnostics, and cellular assay capacity to identify, extract, and analyze candidate molecular, cellular, and physiological biomarkers.

  • Trustworthy AI & Digital Health Solutions: Expertise in adapting established AI and machine learning algorithms to integrate multimodal data (molecular, imaging, physiological, behavioral) while ensuring GDPR compliance, privacy preservation, bias mitigation, and clinical decision-support tool development.

  • Clinical Study Design & Validation: Extensive capacity to design, lead, and execute clinical validation studies and exploratory trials in independent cohorts to evaluate the prognostic and predictive value of novel biomarker panels.

In addition, BioKeralty Research Institute—the R&D&I unit of Keralty—provides specialized support in biostatistics, FAIR data management, regulatory alignment/qualification pathways, ethics, and targeted exploitation strategies to ensure seamless transition into clinical practice.

Together, Keralty and BioKeralty offer a complete end-to-end framework—combining clinical trial execution, biomarker validation infrastructure, AI data integration, and regulatory expertise—making us an ideal partner for consortia targeting the HORIZON-HLTH-2027-02-TOOL-01-two-stage call.
