7-30 Climate-Health Emergency Framework

Executive director at The Geneva Learning Foundation

Geneva, Switzerland

About

The 7-30 Climate-Health Emergency Framework is The Geneva Learning Foundation's model for rapid health system response to climate-driven emergencies, enabling implementation within a 7 to 30 day window. It builds on TGLF's proven Impact Accelerator methodology, which combines digitised peer learning networks with AI-amplified local expertise to deliver health interventions roughly 7x faster and at 90% lower cost than conventional approaches. The framework has been tested with 80,000+ health and humanitarian workers across 60+ countries, building local sovereignty so that more than 80% of participants continue applying the model independently after initial support ends. We are seeking consortium and research partners under the Horizon Europe Health Cluster Work Programme to scale this framework for climate-related health exposures, adaptation tools and technologies, and AI-driven implementation at the population level, particularly aligned with Destination 2 (climate and environmental health) and Destination 5 (AI for health) call topics.

Topic

  • Destination 2: HORIZON-HLTH-2027-01-ENVHLTH-02: Integrating climate-related exposures into the human exposome and characterising its changes in response to climate change
  • Destination 2: HORIZON-HLTH-2027-01-ENVHLTH-MISSCLIMA-03: Tools and technologies to support health adaptation to climate change
