NANOCOMBO project: exploring opportunities in drug repurposing associated with multi-drug combination
CEO at THERIOPHARM
Wavre, Belgium
About
Drug combination is a very powerful approach to design and tailor efficient treatment . Our nanodrop technology have the same size than a coronavirus and can be loaded with targeting synthons (RGD peptide, for example).
We are looking for academics/SMEs interested in exploring with us our NANOCOMBO approach. Our technology is suitable for any administration route in any therapeutic field.
We currently develop a drug repurposing approach applied to cancer solid tumor treatment (Glioblastoma) in murine preclinical models.
We seek for experts in organoids, PDX models, PK/PD, imaging, digital twins , to extend the strategy to other types of cancer.
