AI-Driven Bioinformatics & Multimodal Clinical Decision Support Systems Capabilities
R&D Project Manager at Idea Teknoloji
Istanbul, Türkiye
About
Our interdisciplinary team of molecular biologists and computer engineers specializes in building systems with LLM capabilities to develop novel solutions. We work closely with medical genetics practitioners to ensure our products are tailored to real-world needs. We apply Machine Learning, Large Language Models, and Transformer architectures to analyze complex biological data. Key application areas include variant interpretation, RNA-editing site prediction, and the design of multimodal clinical decision support systems for text and medical image processing. Our technical expertise encompasses curating necessary data, fine-tuning LLMs using Parameter-Efficient Fine-Tuning (PEFT), constructing multimodal Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) knowledge bases, and deploying Vision-Language Models (VLMs) and CLIP-based image embedding pipelines for advanced medical image processing.
